Sri Sri : First understand the chakras present inside the body. Why are you going outside? Anyway, there are 109 chakras in the body but only 7 are the main chakras. Chakra is the points where there is center of power. We have different centers in our body. It is in our hand, cheeks etc. These are the Marma points according to Ayurveda.
